Shipping Conditions of Xyra.Swiss
Delivery Area:
Delivery exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
Standard Shipping (B-Post): free, standard selection
A-Post: costs depend on the weight of the products
Saturday Delivery: costs depend on the weight of the products
Express Delivery: fixed price, regardless of weight
Self-Collection: free of charge at Xyra.Swiss location
Shipping is carried out by external service providers.
Delivery Times:
Standard delivery time: usually 2–4 working days
Delivery times are non-binding guidelines and not guaranteed deadlines. Delays may occur, especially due to increased demand, supply bottlenecks, or external delays.
Partial Deliveries:
We reserve the right to send orders in partial deliveries if products are not available simultaneously.
Delivery Delays:
In the event of unforeseen delivery problems, e.g., due to force majeure or transport delays, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
Refusal of Acceptance / Undeliverability:
Should the delivery not be accepted by the customer or if delivery fails due to reasons of undeliverability, all resulting costs will be charged to the customer.
Shipping Damage:
Obvious shipping damage must be reported to us immediately by email, no later than 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
Please include a description of the damage, the order number, and meaningful photos of the affected goods in the email, so that a replacement or refund can be processed.
Transfer of Risk:
The goods pass to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
