Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Xyra.Swiss Return Policy

At Xyra.Swiss, we place great importance on our customers being satisfied with their purchases. Should something not fit, we have established a transparent, fair, and customer-friendly return procedure:

Voluntary right of return:

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return unused, undamaged products to us.

Condition of returned items:

For a smooth return process, products must be:

-          unused, undamaged, and unworn

-          remain in original packaging

-          remain sealed (not opened or unsealed)

-          be registered with us beforehand

Return process:

After registration, we will provide you with the return address. Please keep the shipping receipt. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Exceptions:

Unfortunately, opened, unsealed, or worn products cannot be returned.

Warranty:

Obvious defects or transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will review the report and offer replacement delivery, repair, or refund.

We process all returns promptly and transparently to ensure you receive an uncomplicated solution. Our goal is for every return to be clearly regulated and fair for both parties.
